PHOTO SUBMISSION TERMS

Share the Excitement:  Firstly, we appreciate and Thank all participants who have shared, or are about to share their Results.  Not only are we happy to hear your excitement, but it also gives others the support &  inspiration they need to alleviate their own skin issues. 

Taking the Photos:  Clear/sharp images are preferred. Please submit only un-retouched photos. 

Testimonials:  Please submit only honest testimonies.  Testimonials are of your own free mind and are appreciated. We may recognize you with a gift or promo.

Eligibility: Only Verified Purchasers, Clinical Study Volunteers, or Samplers are eligible to submit photos and/or testimonials.   You must have actually used the product.

Coupons/Promo Code Awards:

Selected Permissible Before and Afters, & 10 Minute Challenge Photos will receive a 50% Promo Code towards their next purchase. You are allowed to submit more than once, but please do not submit the same photos.  Please do not ask or suggest that we use your photos.  Only approved selected photos receive Promo Awards.  Once a photo has been submitted you have granted  us consent to post your photos. You have also granted us to send you Free Fase Youth Renewal.  We will contact you if your photos were chosen.

Promo Codes are deemed a "one time use" and are intended to be used by the recipient, and not to be shared with others.  Promo Codes will be invalid after use.  Each code will be unique for quality control.  Promo Code Awards have a one year expiration from the date received.  

Revisions:  We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time.  Please check periodically for any changes to these terms.  We will honor valid promo codes in the event of a change to this promotion.

Privacy Policy:  Your Privacy is very important to us.  If your photos are selected, we may use your photos on our Facebook page, and/or Instagram, and/or Fase Website  https://faseskincare.com, and/or eBay, Amazon, or Etsy.  We DO NOT Sell  or Share your information or photos to third parties JOKE: because we are greedy and want to keep all of our customers to ourselves LOL:)   But seriously, we respect and protect our customers and will not share or sell any of your info or photos.  Photos displayed on our Website are 'right-click' copyright protected for your privacy.
